The Low-Rise or High-Rise Condo buying process can be an emotional experience and our team at Peace of Mind Home Inspections strive to make the home inspection process as smooth as possible.  It is our goal to add value to your home buying experience.

Peace of Mind Home Inspections takes pride in the work that we do and believes that everyone deserves a great home inspection.  We invest in our home inspectors by providing them with a 6-8 week training course (which includes certification requirements) and ongoing continuing education every year.  We also complete every home inspection with high quality Infra-Red Cameras and Moisture Meters.  You will also get a home inspection report with the findings, photos and recommendations.

If you need a Low-Rise or High-Rise Condo Inspection in Minneapolis/St. Paul and the surrounding areas, call 763-267-5743 or email POMhomeInspectionsmn@gmail.com to request an inspection.

All  of our Certified MN Home Inspectors have a trained eye to see the house as a system and a mind to envision how the houses moving parts like a finely tuned machine. Just one faulty component can cause a domino effect that can affect other parts of the Condo.  We strive to provide you with a great condo inspection experience and spend more time onsite than most other home inspectors in order to do that.  Spending more time onsite allows us to thoroughly inspect both the major and minor systems of the home.  Below you will find a list of what a typical Low-Rise or High-Rise Condo Inspection covers.
